They had a full schedule but she was able to squeeze us in with a tech out in our area. Lionel was here within 30 min! I knew I found a good one when he was reading the vent temps correctly, not using infrared surface readings but putting probes in the ducts properly. Also advised on specifics of overflow drain code, demonstrated knowledge and expertise. Immediately found a small leak that he corrected which went unnoticed by other AC people. Price was very fair. We would be fortunate to have more people like this. Highly recommend.
