Lionel came put and diagnosed my ac problem instantly when he heard the noise. The Part was ordered and Jesse came out to install new part 2 days later. He ran into a problem but was able to get the new part going. I would recommend Serna Services to anyone needed HVAC work installed or worked on.

I knew I found a good one when he was reading the vent temps correctly, not using infrared surface readings but putting probes in the ducts properly. Also advised on specifics of overflow drain code, demonstrated knowledge and expertise. Immediately found a small leak that he corrected which went unnoticed by other AC people. Price was very fair. We would be fortunate to have more people like this. Highly recommend.

Had a new unit installed in October and couldn’t be happier. Came when they said they would. Quoted very reasonable price. Installed the next day. Great company and highly recommend!!! Had an issue and got a call back immediately after hours. Came out early morning next day, diagnosed and fixed. Clogged drain! Again, highly recommend!!!!

He then thoroughly explored the issue. He made sure to explain to me what was going on with it, as well as the subsequent problems associated with it.
