Professional, and proficient staff! They know what they’re doing! Within the first 5 minutes the technician discovered the problem, that another company had failed to discover! He then thoroughly explored the issue. He made sure to explain to me what was going on with it, as well as the subsequent problems associated with it. He quickly implemented a plan and got me a quote. Within 3 days they were back and fixing the issue! The technicians were personable, polite and professional! Will definitely recommend to family and friends!
5 stars! We had a great experience with Serna Services. Extremely responsive to our late afternoon request for service with a repair guy coming out first thing the next day. Jesse was communicative, on-time, super friendly, and kind to our dogs. He discovered the issue quickly and had it fixed in no time. Reasonable service rates too. Extremely fast and great customer service
We’re in a new home, in a new town, and had just started to use the a/c on Mother’s Day. It wasn’t cooling. A neighbor recommended Serna Services, so I called the next day. The technician, Lionel, assessed the problem quickly and had it fixed with a new part. He was so courteous and professional. I would definitely use Serna again and I do recommend them.
Serna has installed 2 A/C systems for us over the last 8 years. We are completely satisfied with their work. They are extremely knowledgeable, creative in solving problems and cost competitive.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. Super sweet repair guy. It was wonderful that he took my “after hours” phone call. He worked quickly and got my air conditioner up and running in no time.

My wife and I have used this company for over 10 years now. They just completed an entire new system inside and out. The original date was approximately two weeks, I was floored when Gloria called and said they would be at my house in two days. Michael was the original one who came and inspected my old system. He was very professional and explained everything to me. The two guys that installed everything did an excellent job, very professional, respectful and like Michael explained and did everything they said they were gonna do. Great company, I highly recommend. Gloria was also awesome at helping me set up the financing.
