Serna Services did a great job on finishing out (and fixing my mistakes) on a DIY 3 zone mini-split system I was installing. Not only did Lionel & team go up & beyond on explaining everything to me, they also took the install to the next level with custom made line set covers, removing the ‘extra coiled’ up lines, and making it look like a true top of line install vs my shoddy efforts. Lionel, Gloria and rest of Serna team will be the only company I will ever call in the area for HVAC services.

Y’all I made it home from vacation last night to a 90 degree house. I called around this morning & was initially told Friday would be the earliest someone could come out. Thanks to Serna Services for coming out & getting us up until parts come in.

Jesse was communicative, on-time, super friendly, and kind to our dogs. He discovered the issue quickly and had it fixed in no time. Reasonable service rates too. We had an entire new system installed in the recent years and we absolutely love it. It is so efficient and works like a dream. The service here is impeccable and always in remarkable time, with such professionalism. Amazing service..prompt..good value! A/C was dead and 90 forecast for tomorrow. I called this morning & spoke to Gloria. They had a full schedule but she was able to squeeze us in with a tech out in our area. Lionel was here within 30 min! He rewired the thermostat through the wall and A/C is purring like a kitten, less than 2 hours from when I made that first call. Thanks Serna..you guys rock!

As a new parent, time is precious, and we are always juggling so many things, especially with a newborn at home. Not only did they respond promptly, but they were also incredibly efficient. They arrived on time, assessed the situation, and had our AC up and running in less than half a day!
