My wife and I have used this company for over 10 years now. They just completed an entire new system inside and out. The original date was approximately two weeks, I was floored when Gloria called and said they would be at my house in two days. Michael was the original one who came and inspected my old system. He was very professional and explained everything to me. The two guys that installed everything did an excellent job, very professional, respectful and like Michael explained and did everything they said they were gonna do. Great company, I highly recommend. Gloria was also awesome at helping me set up the financing.

Serna Services did a great job on finishing out (and fixing my mistakes) on a DIY 3 zone mini-split system I was installing. Not only did Lionel & team go up & beyond on explaining everything to me, they also took the install to the next level with custom made line set covers, removing the ‘extra coiled’ up lines, and making it look like a true top of line install vs my shoddy efforts. Lionel, Gloria and rest of Serna team will be the only company I will ever call in the area for HVAC services.

We purchased a HVAC unit and had spray foam insulation applied a year ago and are very pleased. The crew was very professional and answered all our questions. This weekend the unit went off due to a sensor. It was not the air conditioner but a plumbing issue. Lionel came out within 30 minutes and new exactly what it was..He showed me what to do to keep it from happening again. I would highly recommend his company. Thanks again Lionel.

The first tech who came out (my husband doesn’t remember his name) was very nice and friendly and found the problem quickly. We scheduled to have the problem fixed and had the pleasure of meeting Jesse.

Jesse was super friendly and went above and beyond! He worked hard the entire time, was very personable, and clearly knows what he’s doing. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the job was done right. It’s not often you come across someone this knowledgeable and easy to work with—highly recommend! They did the spray foam in my pet resort and the temperature stays 4 degrees cooler than what I have the thermostats set on. That’s a huge deal in triple digit Texas weather! They were also somewhat less expensive than others. I’d not even attempt to use anyone else.
