We’re in a new home, in a new town, and had just started to use the a/c on Mother’s Day. It wasn’t cooling. A neighbor recommended Serna Services, so I called the next day. The technician, Lionel, assessed the problem quickly and had it fixed with a new part. He was so courteous and professional. I would definitely use Serna again and I do recommend them.

Jesse was communicative, on-time, super friendly, and kind to our dogs. He discovered the issue quickly and had it fixed in no time. Reasonable service rates too. My wife and I have used this company for over 10 years now. They just completed an entire new system inside and out. The original date was approximately two weeks, I was floored when Gloria called and said they would be at my house in two days. Michael was the original one who came and inspected my old system. He was very professional and explained everything to me. The two guys that installed everything did an excellent job, very professional, respectful and like Michael explained and did everything they said they were gonna do. Great company, I highly recommend. Gloria was also awesome at helping me set up the financing.

As a new parent, time is precious, and we are always juggling so many things, especially with a newborn at home. Not only did they respond promptly, but they were also incredibly efficient. They arrived on time, assessed the situation, and had our AC up and running in less than half a day! Serna does a great job for us! They installed HVAC in our new construction and help us maintain existing units in other buildings. They also did a phenomenal job spraying closed foam insulation in our shop. I highly recommend you ask for Jesse to be your tech. He’s a straight shooter.

It’s a pleasure working with Serna. They come when they say they’ll come, do what they say they’ll do, prices are competitive and they even finished early. The work has been flawless on both the A/C side and spray foam side. The crew answered all questions and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn’t be more pleased
