As a new parent, time is precious, and we are always juggling so many things, especially with a newborn at home. When our air conditioner suddenly went out, we were stressed about finding someone who could fix it quickly without disrupting our already hectic schedule. Serna Services came through in a big way. Not only did they respond promptly, but they were also incredibly efficient. They arrived on time, assessed the situation, and had our AC up and running in less than half a day! The fact that they completed the job so quickly without compromising quality was such a relief. What really stood out to us, though, was the customer service. The team was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It was clear they genuinely care about their customers and making sure we were comfortable with the work being done. My wife and I have used this company for over 10 years now. They just completed an entire new system inside and out. The original date was approximately two weeks, I was floored when Gloria called and said they would be at my house in two days. Michael was the original one who came and inspected my old system. He was very professional and explained everything to me. The two guys that installed everything did an excellent job, very professional, respectful and like Michael explained and did everything they said they were gonna do. Great company, I highly recommend. Gloria was also awesome at helping me set up the financing.

Serna Services did a great job on finishing out (and fixing my mistakes) on a DIY 3 zone mini-split system I was installing. Not only did Lionel & team go up & beyond on explaining everything to me, they also took the install to the next level with custom made line set covers, removing the ‘extra coiled’ up lines, and making it look like a true top of line install vs my shoddy efforts. Lionel, Gloria and rest of Serna team will be the only company I will ever call in the area for HVAC services. – Michael

5 stars! We had a great experience with Serna Services. Extremely responsive to our late afternoon request for service with a repair guy coming out first thing the next day. Jesse was communicative, on-time, super friendly, and kind to our dogs. He discovered the issue quickly and had it fixed in no time. Reasonable service rates too. We will definitely be calling again the next time we need HVAC or insulation work done. Thanks, Jesse!

Always A phone call away ! Excellent everything

We purchased a HVAC unit and had spray foam insulation applied a year ago and are very pleased. The crew was very professional and answered all our questions. This weekend the unit went off due to a sensor. It was not the air conditioner but a plumbing issue. Lionel came out within 30 minutes and new exactly what it was..He showed me what to do to keep it from happening again. I would highly recommend his company. Thanks again Lionel.
