The original date was approximately two weeks, I was floored when Gloria called and said they would be at my house in two days. Michael was the original one who came and inspected my old system. He was very professional and explained everything to me. The two guys that installed everything did an excellent job, very professional, respectful and like Michael explained and did everything they said they were gonna do. Great company, I highly recommend. Gloria was also awesome at helping me set up the financing.

Y’all I made it home from vacation last night to a 90 degree house. I called around this morning & was initially told Friday would be the earliest someone could come out. Thanks to Serna Services for coming out & getting us up until parts come in.

We’re in a new home, in a new town, and had just started to use the a/c on Mother’s Day. It wasn’t cooling. A neighbor recommended Serna Services, so I called the next day. The technician, Lionel, assessed the problem quickly and had it fixed with a new part. He was so courteous and professional. I would definitely use Serna again and I do recommend them.
