Professional, and proficient staff! They know what they’re doing! Within the first 5 minutes the technician discovered the problem, that another company had failed to discover! He then thoroughly explored the issue. He made sure to explain to me what was going on with it, as well as the subsequent problems associated with it. He quickly implemented a plan and got me a quote. Within 3 days they were back and fixing the issue! The technicians were personable, polite and professional! Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

I knew I found a good one when he was reading the vent temps correctly, not using infrared surface readings but putting probes in the ducts properly. Also advised on specifics of overflow drain code, demonstrated knowledge and expertise. Immediately found a small leak that he corrected which went unnoticed by other AC people. Price was very fair. We would be fortunate to have more people like this. Highly recommend.
They did the spray foam in my pet resort and the temperature stays 4 degrees cooler than what I have the thermostats set on. That’s a huge deal in triple digit Texas weather! They were also somewhat less expensive than others. I’d not even attempt to use anyone else.

Serna Services did a great job on finishing out (and fixing my mistakes) on a DIY 3 zone mini-split system I was installing. Not only did Lionel & team go up & beyond on explaining everything to me, they also took the install to the next level with custom made line set covers, removing the ‘extra coiled’ up lines, and making it look like a true top of line install vs my shoddy efforts. Lionel, Gloria and rest of Serna team will be the only company I will ever call in the area for HVAC services. – Michael
