My wife and I have used this company for over 10 years now. They just completed an entire new system inside and out. The original date was approximately two weeks, I was floored when Gloria called and said they would be at my house in two days. Michael was the original one who came and inspected my old system. He was very professional and explained everything to me. The two guys that installed everything did an excellent job, very professional, respectful and like Michael explained and did everything they said they were gonna do. Great company, I highly recommend. Gloria was also awesome at helping me set up the financing.
We had an entire new system installed in the recent years and we absolutely love it. It is so efficient and works like a dream. The service here is impeccable and always in remarkable time, with such professionalism. I would recommend any needs that anyone has with air conditioning and heating to contact Lionel at this location. What a wonderful experience.

5 stars! We had a great experience with Serna Services. Extremely responsive to our late afternoon request for service with a repair guy coming out first thing the next day. Jesse was communicative, on-time, super friendly, and kind to our dogs. He discovered the issue quickly and had it fixed in no time. Reasonable service rates too. We will definitely be calling again the next time we need HVAC or insulation work done. Thanks, Jesse!

Y’all, Serna Services is the real deal. From the second I called, they were on top of everything quick response, super friendly, and you could tell right away they actually know what they’re doing. They showed up on time (which honestly already puts them ahead of half the companies out there), looked over our system, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Will definitely be using them again
